Hi, I make video tutorials on You Tube primarily concerning Jahshaka, the majority of these videos concern visual effects and animation, but there is some editing as well.
I also regularly interact with the people who view my tutorials asking me for further help, as such I know what the end user wants, and expects.
I understand the scale of the job that you are doing, so I can balance user expectations against, what is realistically possible in a given time frame.
I have 14 years of professional motion graphics, composting, vfx, color correcting and editing experience. I am extremely interested in the future of Jahshaka.

I’m a freelance motionographer in Los Angeles. I run win7x64 universally. In addition to motionography, I do a fair amount of post supervision, and specialize in Red workflow management, and to some extent the DSLR pipeline as well. I’d be happy to contribute here, as well as as a beta tester.
I really want to help with this project, as I am a filmmaker hindered by the high prices of editing software, yet I don’t know enough about about QT or Python to help with programming. So I wanted to know if you were interested in having a social media assistant (seeing zuraiz’s comment on your latest post made me realize that one might be needed). What I mean by that is someone who stays in contact with the development team and has the job of maintaining Jashaka’s Twitter, Facebook, and other social media pages. I just feel that this would help the workflow so the developers don’t need to go way out of their way to post something.
